These terms govern your use of Sellsync. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
- You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
- You must have the right to connect the channels and upload the data you bring into Sellsync.
Subscriptions and trials
- Paid plans begin after any free trial and renew until cancelled.
- Plan limits apply as described on the pricing page. You can change plans from the Billing screen.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Sellsync to break the law or the rules of the platforms you connect.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service or access data that isn't yours.
Availability and changes
- We work to keep Sellsync available but the service is provided on an as-is basis.
- We may update features and these terms; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes.
Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your subscription agreement.
