Getting started with Sellsync

What Sellsync does, the order to set things up in, and where each tool lives in the dashboard.

Sellsync brings the channels you sell on into one back office. Your products live in a single item master, your stock stays matched across marketplaces, and every order arrives in one queue to pack and ship.

The fastest way to get value is to follow the setup in order: connect a channel, import or build your catalogue, match your listings, then start processing orders.

The setup order we recommend

  1. 1Open Getting Started from the sidebar for a guided checklist.
  2. 2Connect your first channel under Platform Connections.
  3. 3Bring your products in — bulk upload a file or create them by hand.
  4. 4Match imported listings to your master SKUs so stock lines up.
  5. 5Process your first order from the Orders queue.

Finding your way around

The left sidebar groups everything: Item Master for products and SKUs, E-Commerce Listings for marketplace listings, Orders for fulfilment, Reports for insight, and Settings for your company and account.

The Dashboard is your home screen with a quick read on the day. You can return to it any time from the top of the sidebar.

Note

Work through Getting Started in order — each step unlocks the one after it.
