Connect a sales channel
Link a marketplace or storefront so its listings, stock, and orders flow into Sellsync.

Connecting a channel is what lets Sellsync read your listings and orders and mirror stock back. You stay in control — a connection can be removed whenever you like.
Steps
- 1Go to Platform Connections in the sidebar.
- 2Choose the channel you want to add from the list of supported platforms.
- 3Sign in to that platform when prompted and approve access.
- 4Wait for the first import to finish — your listings will appear under imported listings.
- 5Move on to matching those listings to master SKUs.
Good to know
If a platform shows as coming soon, you can still set up the rest of Sellsync now and switch that channel on later.
You can connect more than one account for the same platform if you run multiple shops.
Tip
Once a channel is connected, open Match imported listings so its stock lines up with your SKUs.
