Keep inventory in sync
How stock moves with inbound and outbound records, and how sync prevents overselling.

Once a SKU is matched to its listings, Sellsync keeps the available quantity aligned across channels. When a unit sells anywhere, availability drops everywhere.
Adjusting stock yourself
- 1Use Inbound Stocks to record stock coming in, such as a new delivery from a supplier.
- 2Use Outbound Stocks to record stock leaving for reasons other than a sale, like damage or transfers.
- 3Check Tracking History to see how a SKU's quantity changed over time.
Avoiding oversell
Because every matched listing draws from the same figure, two channels can't both sell your last unit. Bundles deduct each component automatically when they sell.
If a number looks off, the Health Check tools — like Low Stock and SKU Coverage — help you spot gaps quickly.
Note
Stock is one shared number across channels — a sale anywhere reduces it everywhere.
