Sell in person with the POS
Use the built-in point of sale so in-store sales draw from the same stock as online.

The point of sale lets you ring up walk-in customers using the same catalogue and stock as your online channels — so a counter sale lowers availability everywhere too.
Steps
- 1Open Point of Sale from the sidebar.
- 2Start a shift so the day's takings are grouped together.
- 3Add items by searching your catalogue or scanning a barcode.
- 4Take payment and complete the sale to print or show a receipt.
- 5Close the shift at the end of the day to reconcile.
Why it matters
Because the POS shares your item master, you don't keep a separate in-store stock count. Online and offline sales draw from one figure.
Note
POS sales draw from the same stock as your online channels — there's no separate in-store count.
